Hello! My name is Chloe (pronounced KLO-E). I got into baking in high school and have loved it ever since.

I studied food science for both my undergrad and master's degrees, and now I work as a pastry chef in the suburbs of Illinois. My dream is to open a bakery — and this microbakery is where it all begins.

Every item is made from scratch in small batches, with quality ingredients and a whole lot of care. Thank you for supporting the dream.
